根据澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 国际交流澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 关于开展2025年来华留学生奖学金申报工作通知精神，结合《澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 自费国际学生奖学金评定与管理办法》（宁大政﹝2024﹞19号），医学部现启动2025年自费国际学生（本科生老生）奖学金评定工作，含浙江省政府奖学金、宁波市政府奖学金、澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 优秀国际学生奖学金等。

现将工作通知如下：

一、申请对象及条件

（一）申请对象

根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》不具有中国国籍且在澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 接受教育的自费外国学生，其中2025年秋季学期不在华的国际学生不在本批次评审范围。

备注：申请本次奖学金的国际学生老生2025年9月20日前必须到校线下报到、完成学籍注册、确保在华，避免出现因学生不在华而造成银行账户激活问题或无法开户，导致奖学金经费无法发放等问题。

（二）申请条件

1.拥有外国国籍，持有有效的外国护照和有效期内的中国签证。

2.身体健康，思想道德品质端正，全面发展，对华友好，能够很好适应在澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 的学习和生活。

3.长期进修生申请奖学金，其就读时间需在一学期及以上。

4.未获得来自中国的其他奖学金资助。

5.在校生遵守中国法律法规和澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 的各项规章制度,按时注册、缴纳学杂费，没有学杂费欠费，没有签证过期记录。

6.申请者须为在专业学制年限内正常修读的自费国际学生，原则上不向休学及延长学业的自费国际学生开放申请。

7.申请者（老生）本学年各科平均成绩不低于合格水平（60 分以上，满分100分制）；出勤率原则上不低于85%；积极参加澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 组织的各类讲座、比赛、公益活动及社会实践活动，每学年至少参加一次公益活动或社会实践活动。

（三）国际学生在校期间出现以下情况之一的，不具备参评资格：

1.违反中国法律法规；

2.违反校纪校规并受到警告及以上处分；

3.违反澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 规定并受到澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 书面警告；

4.违反社会公序良俗并产生不良影响。

二、评定标准和评分细则

老生奖学金年度评审按总分100 分作具体量化标准，含道德品行（满分20分）、学习成绩（满分60分）、非学业因素（满分20分）。参评学生的所有材料以评定学年的9月1日至次年8月31日为认定依据。评分细则详见附件2。

三、奖学金类别和标准

（一）浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金

奖金金额：20000元，获奖学生比例按下达指标评选。

（二）宁波市来华留学生政府奖学金

奖金金额：20000元，获奖学生比例按下达指标评选。

一等奖学金10000元；二等奖学金5000元；三等奖学金3000元。获奖学生比例按下达指标评选。

四、申请及评审流程

国际学生本人提交纸质奖学金评审分数及证明材料-医学部审核、确定候选人并部内公示-学生本人网上提交申请-上报候选人名单及材料至国际交流澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 （一式两份）—国际交流澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 组织评审及校内公示—澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 上报宁波市教育局、浙江省教育厅备案后并安排发放等，具体流程如下：

（一）2025年10月19日前：医学部发布奖学金评定工作的通知，公示奖学金评分细则，同时统计因未满足申请条件而不具备参评资格的学生名单。申请人向班长提交纸质材料《2025年国际学生奖学金评审分数及证明材料》（附件3），以及相关证明材料原件、复印件。

（二）2025年10月26日前：医学部对二年级及以上的自费国际学生（老生）的奖学金申请材料进行初审，由医学部自费国际学生奖学金评审委员会对申请材料进行评审，按照评审标准进行评分，提出初审意见，并按照澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 奖学金评定程序确定推荐名单。提交澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 计财处作学杂费缴清复核，在学部内作公示。

（三）2025年10月31日前：公示无异议后，候选人网上提交申请材料，并向所在澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 提交以下纸质申请材料（各类奖学金均一式两份）（//is.aomenliuhc.com/isms/sce）

1. 《澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 优秀国际学生奖学金申请表》（附件1），或《宁波市来华留学生政府奖学金申请表》（附件2），或《浙江省来华留学生政府奖学金申请表》（附件3）。

2. 2025-2026学年学杂费缴费凭证（银行现金缴款单、汇款凭证或支付通截图）和保险费缴费凭证。

3. 在学期间的成绩单（盖教务处/研究生院公章，或教务处/研究生院派驻澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 师生服务中心办事窗口公章）。

4. 护照复印件。

5. 有效期内的《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》（宁波国际旅行卫生保健中心出具）（6个月以内）。

6. 在校综合表现证明。

7. 中文推荐信，包括学生的学习情况、科研成果、评奖评优情况、参加文体活动、社会实践活动情况、总体在华表现等内容。

8. 学生本人有效的宁波地区工商银行账户信息如户名和卡号，相关信息须与银行开具的保持一致；若无有效宁波地区工商银行账户，则须提供其它中国国内银行账户。填写发放时按照银行类别制作发放表。

9. 获奖证书及其他相关材料。

（四）2025年11月3日前：医学部提交学生申请材料（含申请表、各类证明等）、《澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 优秀国际奖学金申请学生汇总表》、《宁波市来华留学生政府奖学金申请学生汇总表》、《浙江省来华留学生政府奖学金申请学生汇总表》等纸质材料（一式两份）及电子版至澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 自费国际学生奖学金评审委员会办公室（国际交流澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 ）。

（五）2025年11月21日前：澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 自费国际学生奖学金评审委员会对初审结果进行复审，并结合澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 的整体情况和奖学金预算等因素，最终确定奖学金类别及获奖名单。复审结果将在全校范围内进行公示，公示期不少于3个工作日。

（六）2025年11月28日前：国际交流澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 上报名单和学生申请材料至浙江省教育厅、宁波市教育局等，并联动澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 相关部门安排发放奖学金，颁发相应的荣誉证书。

五、评选原则

医学部在评奖过程中始终坚持“公开、公平、公正”、“宁缺毋滥”和“优中选优”的原则，做到评选条件公开、评奖名额公开、评奖程序公开和评奖结果公开，实行学部和澳门六合彩-澳门六全彩开奖网 二级公示制度。

II. Evaluation Criteria and Scoring Rubric

The scholarship review for the academic year is based on a comprehensive scoring system out of 100 points, which includes:

*   Moral Conduct (20 points)

*   Academic Performance (60 points)

*   Non-academic Engagement (20 points)

All supporting documents provided by applicants must pertain to the evaluation period from September 1^st, 2024 to August 31^st, 2025. For the detailed scoring breakdown, please see Attachment 2.

III. Scholarship Categories and Benefits

1.  Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students

   *   Award: RMB 20,000

   *   The number of recipients will be determined by the allocated quota.

2.  Ningbo Municipal Government Scholarship for International Students

   *   Award: RMB 20,000

   *   The number of recipients will be determined by the allocated quota.

3.  Ningbo University Outstanding International Student Scholarship

   *   Awards: First-Class (RMB 10,000), Second-Class (RMB 5,000), Third-Class (RMB 3,000)

   *   The number of recipients for each category will be determined by the allocated quotas.

IV. Application and Review Procedure

The process is as follows:

1.  Students submit the paper-based "2025 Scholarship Evaluation Points and Supporting Documents for International Student" (Attachment 3) along with original and photocopied supporting documents to their Class Monitor.

2.  The Health Science Center reviews applications, verifies eligibility.

3.  The Health Science Center Scholarship Review Committee evaluates applications, calculates scores, and proposes a recommended list.

4.  The candidate list is verified for tuition payment clearance with the Finance Office and published on the official website of Health Science Center.

5.  Approved candidates then complete the online application and submit the required physical documents (two copies for each scholarship type) to their department.

6.  The final list and materials are submitted to the International College (in duplicate) for university-level announcement.

7.  Following final announcement, the list is submitted to the Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education for record-keeping, after which scholarship disbursements are arranged.

Key Dates & Notes:

*   By October 19, 2025: The Health Science Center publishes this notice and the scholarship scoring rubric. Applicants must submit the required paper documents (Attachment 3 and supporting materials) to their Class Monitor.

*   By October 26, 2025: The Health Science Center completes the preliminary review, forms a candidate list, and posts it for internal announcement.

*   By October 31, 2025: After the internal announcement period, approved candidates must complete the online application and submit all required physical documents (in duplicate) to the Health Science Center.
